Current Openings

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player with 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead tax engagements. You will prepare and review tax returns for a large diverse client base including S and C corporations, tax exempt organizations, partnerships, trusts and high net worth individuals; conduct corporate and individual tax planning and develop and manage professional client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree in Tax a plus).
  • CPA license or current CPA license candidate.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience encompassing progressive scope and responsibilities. More experienced candidates welcomed to apply.
  • Ability to professionally lead tax engagements, juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills (ProSystem Fx Practice Management and/or BNA Fixed Asset software proficiency is a plus).
  • Prior experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.

Senior Audit Accountant

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player with 3+ years of recent public accounting experience in our audit department. Individuals will be responsible for leading audit, review and compilation engagements for a large diverse client base including manufacturers, contractors, retail/distribution operations, nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans. Candidates will be expected to develop and manage professional client relationships with assigned clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (150 completed credit hours a plus).
  • CPA license or current CPA license candidate.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with audit, review and compilation engagements encompassing the planning, fieldwork and wrap up phases of each.
  • Ability to professionally lead engagements, juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills (Caseware Working Papers is a plus).
  • Prior experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player with 1-3 years of recent public accounting experience in our audit and tax department. Individuals will be responsible for assisting audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as prepare and review tax returns for a large diverse client base including manufacturers, contractors, retail/distribution operations, nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans.  Candidates will be expected to develop and manage professional client relationships with assigned clients.  Flexible schedule, ability to work close to home and remote working opportunities are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (150 completed credit hours a plus).
  • Eligible to sit for the CPA exam upon starting employment a plus.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience (part-time and internship experience considered).

Position Overview:

We are currently looking to add an Administrative Assistant who has strong multi-tasking skills and is extremely personable. As the administrative assistant this person needs to be able to work under pressure, think on their feet, and have strong follow up and follow through processes. In addition, they must be able to multitask, prioritize and be highly organized. Being able to think critically, be flexible, have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the reception area when needed
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Maintains office supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Administrative Assistant will answer all phone calls and be an overall gatekeeper/point of contact for the office
  • Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
  • Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for client meetings
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistant’s team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly
  • Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements:

  • Some College experience/business experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Previous administrative support experience in an office setting preferred but not necessary
  • Quick learner and thinking – able to grasp new concepts and systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills – both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
